Incorporated on June 8th, 1888 as the Taunton Hospital Company, Morton Hospital was named for the late Governor Marcus Morton in 1914. The Morton Hospital Medical Staff is an enduring force for good that has fortified and sustained the greater Taunton area through times of tranquility and crisis.
